Villa Park Neighborhood

Villa Park Neighborhood

If you head west from downtown Denver along 6th Ave (from Federal to Sheridan) you will run into a great neighborhood called Villa Park. The addition of the W Line in 2013 along with the West Colfax Development Project and the Paco Sanchez Park redevelopment has brought new life to the area that started back in 1871. With HGTV's Tiny Home craze taking over, Villa Park's smaller homes close to the city are getting people's attention.

If you take a drive through the neighborhood you'll see a lot of changes happening. People are moving in and fixing up old homes and developers have been busy in the neighborhood as well.

Nextdoor, an online neighborhood forum, asked the residents what they love about Villa Park. Here are their answers:

Diversity. Parks. Dog Friendly. Proximity. Freeway Access. Walking. Friendly. Location. Neighbors. Convenient.

Right now you can find homes from the upper 200s to the mid 700s depending on what you are looking for. For information regarding Villa Parks current listing, please reach out — we'd love to help.
